The Poland Tour begins and is centered in Krakow. The cultural center of Europe is also the central point where players participating in the tour can reach Katowice, Tychy, Sosnowiec, and Nowy Targ. A four game minimum guarantee in Poland while tours of World War II monuments and historical sights are also included.
All games are against Poland’s First League and PHL professional teams. These are the top two leagues in the country Scouts from the PHL are in attendance and will be signing players to professional contracts on site.
With hotel accommodations right in the heart of the “old town”, team meals in Krakows premium restaraunts, Poland has been the host of five tour groups.
The Details:
The Poland Tour is nine days excluding the travel day to get to Poland. Lodging at Hotel Wyspyanski. Games against Katowice, Tychy, Sosnowiec, and Nowy Targ. Transportation by 2020 coach bus. Cost includes hotel, two meals per day, coaching, practice ice, skate sharpening, jersey, socks and one team apparel item. All team meals will be healthy and balanced for athletes. Meals will be provided in a traditional North American style by the team and players will be able to experience other culturaly different foods while on their free time.
Arrive in Krakow Monday August 5. Welcome team dinner at Moo Moo Steakhouse.
Tuesday August 6 team breakfast 8:00 am. Practice in Krakow 10:30 am, late team lunch 1:30 pm, free time and curfew at 10:00 pm.
Wednesday August 7 team breakfast 9:00 am, 12:00 coach departure for game 1, team post game dinner 7:00 pm.
Thursday August 8, team breakfast 9:00 am, tour Schindlers Factory 12:00, free time until 7:00 pm team dinner.
Friday, August 9, team breakfast 9:00 am, 12:00 coach departure for game 2, team post game dinner 7:00 pm.
Saturday August 10 team breakfast 9:00 am, 12:00 coach departure for game 3, team post game dinner 7:00 pm.
Sunday August 11 breakfast 9:00 am, free day/optional tour to Auschwitz, team dinner 6:00 pm.
Monday August 12 team breakfast 9:00 am, 12:00 coach departure for game 4, team post game dinner 7:00 pm.
Tuesday August 13, team breakfast and departure.
